Fancy yoga poses and elaborate diets can certainly have their place. But it doesn't take complex postures, expensive stretchy pants, or tons of meal prepping to get started and experience the benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice.

We all have different needs, preferences, builds, metabolisms, flexibility, limitations, injuries, experiences...the list goes on and on. None is better or more desirable than the other. We are who we are, and we all deserve a life of health and happiness. Yoga and Ayurveda is for every body.

We are all continuously learning and growing from one another. Nobody has all the answers - we're each working our way toward the truth and the language that makes the most sense to us. There's so much wisdom and insight we can learn from science, culture, and our own personal experiences. Whatever brings us closer to truth is valuable and beautiful.
